Float, unwind, and experience a sound bath like never before at the Cove Pool!

Union Park resident Mounisha Gona will lead this peaceful floating sound bath using a variety of singing bowls with different frequencies and vibrations to create an immersive relaxation experience.

Each participant will float on an air mattress in the pool while listening to the sounds and vibrations of the bowls. Close your eyes, get comfortable, and allow yourself to fully relax while the water gently moves beneath you. We’ll also have someone in the pool throughout the experience to help guide and assist the floating mattresses so you can focus on relaxing.

No meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Just come ready to float, reset, and enjoy a truly unique evening at the Cove. ✨

Space is limited due to the floating setup, and registration is required. In the event of inclement weather, tickets will transfer to the scheduled rain date.
