KENNETH AGNEW
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Kenneth Agnew brings 15+ years of experience from the hotel and restaurant industry, working for Kimpton, Hilton, and Wyndham hotel brands. His recent roles as General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel Restaurant and Project Manager for Mallard Group give him a unique perspective on service, hospitality, and completion of task-oriented projects. Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management and is excited to meet the residents of Union Park.

Tori Knowlton Cook
Lifestyle Manager

Tori Knowlton brings experience in community engagement, client services, and communications. Most recently, she spent four years serving first responders, managing thousands of client relationships, and supporting national conferences and charity golf tournaments. Alongside this, she has worked in roles spanning youth events and luxury weddings, where she coordinated with planners and vendors to ensure seamless events.

Tori has also managed marketing and social media for nonprofit, retail, and LLC organizations. She is passionate about connecting people and creating spaces where others feel seen and valued and is excited to bring that energy to Union Park.

Beth Pacheco
Lifestyle Coordinator

DeMya Myrick has over six years of experience in program planning, events, and some marketing. She is a recent graduate with a master’s degree in communication from Arizona State University. DeMya was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama, and she recently moved to Dallas in February of 2024.

In her spare time, she loves exercising, shopping, traveling, and filming content. DeMya is super excited to be a part of the team, and she hopes to stay in Dallas for at least the next five to ten years.
