Barbara is community builder; someone who believes that when people feel connected, supported, and heard, both residents thrive. Over the past decade, she’s led diverse property portfolios and guided high-performing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for the communities they serve. A Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist, she is passionate about preserving and enhancing association assets, connecting with residents, and building neighborhoods where people love to live.

KENNETH AGNEW
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Kenneth Agnew brings 15+ years of experience from the hotel and restaurant industry, working for Kimpton, Hilton, and Wyndham hotel brands. His recent roles as General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel Restaurant and Project Manager for Mallard Group give him a unique perspective on service, hospitality, and completion of task-oriented projects. Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management and is excited to meet the residents of Union Park.

Tori Knowlton Cook
Lifestyle Manager

Tori Knowlton brings experience in community engagement, client services, and communications. Most recently, she spent four years serving first responders, managing thousands of client relationships, and supporting national conferences and charity golf tournaments. Alongside this, she has worked in roles spanning youth events and luxury weddings, where she coordinated with planners and vendors to ensure seamless events.

Tori has also managed marketing and social media for nonprofit, retail, and LLC organizations. She is passionate about connecting people and creating spaces where others feel seen and valued and is excited to bring that energy to Union Park.

Lifestyle Coordinator

With a background that blends hospitality excellence and real estate expertise, Beth Pacheco brings a polished, people-first approach to her role as Lifestyle Coordinator. As a former Realtor, she understands the meaning of home and community from the ground up, while her experience as an award-winning hotel manager sharpened her eye for detail, service, and creating memorable experiences. She channels that expertise into creating engaging events, fostering neighbor connections and elevating everyday living for UP residents.
