Assessment Information

ClickPay is our preferred way of accepting homeowner payments. We invite you to make individual or automatic payments online through Clickpay from your smart phone, tablet, or other media device. Payments can be made by e-check (ACH) for FREE and by major credit or debit card for a fee.

A few tips to best utilize Clickpay and avoid unnecessary fees:

  • Clickpay, as a system utilized by hundreds of HOA and rental communities, does not have customized settings. Dues are assessed semi-annually and must be paid semi-annually; selecting the monthly recurring payment option will not exempt homeowners from late fees if there is a balance due 30 days after the statement date.

  • We recommend setting up recurring semi-annual payments, no earlier than January 1st or July 1st as the first payment date and for the full amount (not a fixed amount) utilizing ACH/eChecks. Clickpay charges non-refundable transaction fees for one-time payments and credit/debit card transactions.

  • Scheduling a payment too early, prior to the statement posting, will result in errors and possible late fees.
