Front yard landscaping is included with HOA assessments.

BrightView Landscaping provides front yard mowing and edging, pre and post emergent weed control, fertilization, shrub trimming, flower bed weeding and tree trimming up to 8 feet.

Homeowners are responsible for irrigation, replacement of dead trees or plants, mulch, seasonal flowers, and backyard landscaping. Owners with rear-entry lots are also responsible for side yard mowing and edging.
