What is the ACC Process?

When your home was first built, the developer approved your home the way it was completed. Any exterior modifications to that design must be approved by the HOA. The ACC, or Architectural Control Committee, reviews and approves or denies all such submissions. Projects are evaluated based on their adherence to the Architectural Guidelines established for Union Park.

How do I submit a Project for Review?

Fill out the ACC Form and return it to Kenneth Agnew at Kenneth.Agnew@fsresidential.com. Be sure to include as much information as possible about your project including: complete description, measurements, color samples, product manufacturer names, a survey or plot plan showing the location of the proposed improvement, project plans and renderings.

When can I expect a response?

The ACC has up to 30 days to review and respond to complete ACC submissions. Submissions with missing information will delay the 30-day review period, and may cause a cancellation of the submission.
