We’ve developed these guidelines to maintain the professional level of Union Park Spring Market and enhance the experience of all who exhibit and attend. We thank you for following these rules and helping to uphold our standards of excellence.

  • The last day to submit application for approval for the Spring Market is April 1, 2019.

  • Once approved, in place of a registration fee we ask all vendors to provide a raffle item of your product or service. We will be promoting the Market and raffle items extensively.

  • All vendors are required to provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, linens and generators if electricity is necessary. There is no electricity in the park for vendors.

  • ASSUME THAT IT WILL BE WINDY! Please do not forget to bring sandbags to secure your tents and belongings.

  • Vendor Set Up Time: Please arrive by 9:30am to unload your items and have your booth set up by 10am. The Event will begin promptly at 11am.

  • Vendor Breakdown Time: Please do not start breaking down your booth until after 2pm.

  • Vendor Parking: Parking is located west of Union Park at Navo Middle School (1701 Nave Road, Aubrey, TX 76227). You may load and unload in the Food Truck Park and then move your vehicles to Navo. There is a walking path to Navo for your convenience.

  • For the protection of all participants, we reserve the right to revoke Market privileges of anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

  • Union Park reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration or attendance at any time for any reason.
